– Develop and Execute Outreach Plans and Media Campaigns for Multilingual Communities

The selected vendor will provide strategic, technical, and operational support for Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to support ongoing customer communications, campaign execution, system optimization, analytics, and compliance. Services may include planning, implementation, configuration, campaign delivery, documentation, and staff support.
The goal of this engagement is to ensure SFMC is used effectively, securely, and in alignment with organizational communications, marketing, and customer engagement objectives.
Clean Power Alliance of Southern California (“CPA”) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to provide technical advisory and engineering services to support CPA’s Power Ready Program. The selected Proposer will serve as CPA’s independent advisor and engineer and represent CPA’s interests in the procurement, contracting, design, construction, and on-going operations and maintenance of behind the meter (“BTM”) solar photovoltaic (“PV”) and battery energy storage systems (“BESS”) with backup power capabilities projects (individually a “Project”, and collectively “Projects”).
