The City of San José’s Energy Department issued an RFP on 06/15/2026 seeking proposals from qualified consultants or firms to provide marketing consulting services for San José Clean Energy, the City of San José’s community choice energy program. The City intends to award multiple on-call master consultant agreements, and consultants may submit responses for one or more of the following technical areas:  

 

–  Marketing Strategy for Building and Transportation Electrification Programs

–  Produce Creative Assets and Content for Marketing Execution

–  Develop and Execute Outreach Plans and Media Campaigns for Multilingual Communities

City of San José Energy Department Marketing Cloud Consulting Services

The City of San José’s Energy Department issued an RFP on 06/15/2026 seeking proposals from qualified consultants or firms to provide consulting services for the San José Clean Energy’s Salesforce Marketing Cloud customer engagement platform. 

The selected vendor will provide strategic, technical, and operational support for Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to support ongoing customer communications, campaign execution, system optimization, analytics, and compliance. Services may include planning, implementation, configuration, campaign delivery, documentation, and staff support. 

The goal of this engagement is to ensure SFMC is used effectively, securely, and in alignment with organizational communications, marketing, and customer engagement objectives.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) FOR POWER READY TECHNICAL ADVISORY AND ENGINEERING SERVICES

Clean Power Alliance (CPA)
Bids are Due: 7/1/26 @ 4pm PT

Clean Power Alliance of Southern California (“CPA”) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to provide technical advisory and engineering services to support CPA’s Power Ready Program. The selected Proposer will serve as CPA’s independent advisor and engineer and represent CPA’s interests in the procurement, contracting, design, construction, and on-going operations and maintenance of behind the meter (“BTM”) solar photovoltaic (“PV”) and battery energy storage systems (“BESS”) with backup power capabilities projects (individually a “Project”, and collectively “Projects”). CPA will be written questions regarding this RFP until May 27, 2026, at 4:00 PM (Pacific Time). Questions should be submitted in writing to contracting@cleanpoweralliance.org. When submitting questions, please specify which section of the RFP you are referencing and quote the language that prompted the question.
