Valley Clean Energy (“VCE”) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide Enterprise Resource Planning (“ERP”) software, implementation, and support services. The selected Proposer will implement a cloud-based ERP solution and provide related professional services to support VCE’s financial management, budgeting, reporting, forecasting, workflow automation, and operational efficiency objectives. The ERP platform will serve as VCE’s foundational financial management system and support core business functions including general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, financial reporting, audit controls, data integration, budgeting, forecasting, analytics, and future organizational growth.

Valley Clean Energy (“VCE”) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced banking institutions to provide comprehensive commercial banking services and lines of credit in support of VCE’s treasury management and daily financial operations. The selected Proposer will serve as VCE’s primary banking partner and provide secure, reliable, and cost-effective banking services, including deposit and disbursement services, cash management, electronic funds transfers, fraud prevention tools, reporting and analytics, account reconciliation, and treasury management solutions. VCE also seeks access to lines of credit, letters of credit, and other banking products that support its operational and financial requirements. The selected institution will support VCE’s goals of enhancing cash visibility, strengthening security and fraud prevention, improving operational efficiency through automation, and providing scalable banking services that can accommodate future organizational growth.

City of San José Energy Department: Commercial Technical Assistance Program Implementation

The City of San José Energy Department has posted a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a Commercial Technical Assistance Program Implementer for San José Clean Energy (SJCE). SJCE is a Community Choice Aggregator operated by the City of San José and is preparing to launch a Commercial Technical Assistance Program in fall 2026.
The program will provide electrification technical assistance to SJCE commercial customers who may be developers, owners, and designers of commercial buildings and market-rate and affordable housing. The selected consultant will be responsible for: program administration, planning, and reporting; monitoring and maintaining an SJCE branded online portal allowing for applications for free assistance; providing customer support; application processing; and providing energy efficiency, renewable energy, energy storage, electrification retrofitting, and all-electric building design and practices technical assistance for developers, owners, and designers of commercial buildings and market-rate and affordable housing. Through this work, SJCE aims to support commercial customers with energy-efficiency, electrification retrofitting, and all-electric building design and practices.
